Description

Adds Frank West as a new voice option in character creation

The sounds are from both Dead Rising 1 and 2 so there is a difference in the audio quality between some of the lines.
Voiced by TJ Rotolo.

I wasn't able to get a clean version of his scream for the death sound so if anyone is able to get one then let me know.

Yes there is a chance he will say it when bandaging
