[B42] AEBS Water Shutoff Warning

Hate waking up to no water?
NOW IN BUILD 42!


This mod adds warnings prior to the water shutoff on the Automated Emergency Broadcast System.
Similar to the pre-existing power shutoff warnings, there will be warnings sent a couple days prior to the water shutoff.
The warnings will continue after the water finally shuts off.


Currently the warnings appear after the usual Broadcast like the helicopter event.
Will try to make them appear after the power grid warnings in the future (no luck so far).
Lemme know if anything seems weird about the mod, might've messed up while migrating over.


Can be installed on existing saves and works with multiplayer.

Versions in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Thai.
