Description
Keyz' Item Levelling [Alpha Release]

Adds Weapon and Apparel levelling.

Weapons and Apparel have upgrade trees to boost stats.

Upgrades to allow renaming of your things!

Extensible - add upgrades from your own mods!

Note: this is an Alpha release - expect some lack of polish, and probably a few bugs.

Pushed some tweaks - the +2 damage upgrade is now a 20% modifier instead, gated behind the persona upgrade

The flat damage upgrade increases the multiplier by 2 instead of the damage.

@jaeger972 - just last night I pushed an update going the opposite direction - upgrades to turn any weapon into persona weapons lol.
If/when I have time, I'll look at adding the ability to whitelist weapons in the settings so you can limit it if you want.

Is it possible to limit which items can level up? It would be a cool reason to seek out persona weapons.

Love the idea! But it is a lot of overhead to track all the upgrades.

Just to update here. I removed it, and it seems to be working fine. Didn't even throw any errors as far as I saw.

While I like the idea of the mod, right now the upgrades just feel too bare bones while also adding a lot to keep track of. I'll definitely keep an eye on it, maybe give it a try once it is finished, but it's just not for me right now.

I've not tested - I think it'll throw some errors the first time you load a save, but work fine, not 100% sure.

The M43 pulse rifle in the "URMC" mod is still not levelable.
