Description

Adds a psychic nullifier, a craftable brain implant that sets a pawns psychic sensitivity stat to 0.

Now you can totally be immune to all those eldritch horrors!*

*Actual immunity to entities from the Anomaly expansion not guaranteed since not all psychic afflictions from that expansion actually check your psy-sensitivity (in other words, you can (probably) still worship the cube even with this implant installed)
