Localization fix for Hunters Treasure Comet Trinkets mod.
Must be placed above mentioned mod in mod load list.

Fixes mistakes in Russian language and for all supported by mod languages adds "effect_tooltip_clear_stress_dot" entry, missing without The Butcher's Circus DLC.
