[Hidden] Secure container Fanny - Restore your items

This mod is a beta version, means there's a lot of things that i want to add.
For now, only basic features are implemented.
To recover items, you must create a new character after dying. (DO NOT GO BACK TO MENU!!)
It is unlikely to work in multiplayer mode as it has never been tested in such an environment.


If you die with items stored in your fanny pack, all items in the fanny pack will be restored when you respawn using the "Create New Character" option.
This mod is inspired by the secure container system in Escape From Tarkov.


Fully compatible with all other mods. This mod does not modify or remove any existing code.
If another mod uses items of the type Fanny, this effect will also apply to those items (as detection is currently type-based).

Restore your items even you quit your game after death.
Code Optimization: The current implementation saves the item list in real-time, even in non-critical situations, leaving room for performance improvements.

How to change the Vanilla Fanny Pack Capacity
If you find the default fanny pack capacity in vanilla too small, follow these steps to adjust it manually. (A feature to do this in the mod will be added in a future update.)

- Right-click Project Zomboid in your Steam library and go to Properties.
- In the Installed Files tab, click Browse to open the Project Zomboid folder.
- Open the file media\scripts\clothing\clothing_bags.txt.
- Use Ctrl + F to search for [Fanny]. Locate [Bag_FannyPackFront] and [Bag_FannyPackBack]. Modify their Capacity values.
- Save the file and restart Project Zomboid.
- By increasing the fanny pack's capacity, you can even store larger items like sledgehammers or weapons.

I’ve got a busy schedule ahead, so I’m trying to finish everything before I forget what I’ve been working on.

+) This mod is not duplicate or spawn new items. they actually "move" your stored items into your new character.
