Description
Historical Bit

The Maschinenkarabiner 42(H) or Mkb 42(H) was the first unofficial replacement to the Kar98K with development starting all the way back in 1938. During the war the gun would undergo many changes and modifications however despite it being superior to the Kar98K it was never accepted as a replacement, however in 1941 with the invasion of the Soviet Union the Mkb42 was accepted into service on the Eastern Front for field trials and to act as a stop-gap until something better could be produced. Beloved by those who used it and seen as a collectors item by Soviet soldiers, the Mkb42(H) would be preceeded by the STG44 however would continue to see service all the way to 1945 with select units and Volkssturm. In the post-war years few were seen in Indochina, Israel and Egypt.

The Weapon itself

Based on the SPE STG44, the gun uses the same animations with a slight modfication to the hand placement of the rear grip to avoid clipping but that's as far as any animation changes go. Able to equip a bayonet and be used via the SPE bayonet firemode or with Webknights Melee mod as well as having working ranging sights.

Does the weapon also fire from an open bolt and hence offer a little less accuracy than the STG proper? Would be a nice feature set if it were to be destinct in one way or another besides just cosmetics.

Can we have some config that it is also possible to load RHS STG magazines in case one is using both RHS and SPE content?

Yeah that's a known issue. As far as we can tell it's an inheritance thing. Unsure why it's the case for just the full or "normal" reload and not the partial reload which runs off a script but we're hoping to get in contact with someone who can assist. When that happens will definitely update this

Yeah I completely forgor to include that, mb, but yes you need SPE since it inherits from the STG44
