Adds Nightbringer Lillia, an alternate Leader for the Arborean Expanse.

Leader Ability
Smoldering Nightmares:
+6 Combat Strength for all Cavalry Units when fighting in Woods, and they ignore the movement penalties of Woods and Rainforest. Units are immune to damage from Forest Fires. +100% damage from Forest Fires inside friendly territory to civilizations at war with Lillia.
