JM M65 Jacket Tweaked

Description
Changes the body slot used by the excellent M65 Jacket mod (by Simsimix) to allow you to wear the M65 jacket over a sweater/hoodie.

I made this edit because I'm using a cold weather mod and the m65 isn't quite enough to keep warm.

Requires the original mod and must load after it.

@matteokmp Sorry, not currently compatible with B42.

It looks like quite a lot has changed structurally with B42, so I think probably every mod out there will need to be updated specifically to work with B42+.

If the M65 Army Field Jacket mod gets an update, and if Simsimix him/her self doesn't also change the body slot, then I'll look into updating this. But for now I have no plans in that regard.

nice tweak, the m65 is a fine jacket indeed but it really isn't enough for northern winters irl. it's warm enough for late fall or early spring with two wool sweaters and a waffle-top underneath but for the dead of winter i prefer taking out my wool greatcoat or my extreme cold weather parka. it's a shame that this game doesn't have wool as a clothing fabric type, it's quite different from cotton mechanically in its absorption and wicking of sweat and functionality when wet. the in-game sweaters' textures look like knitted wool but the tooltip says cotton. missed opportunities everywhere.
