Report a translation problem
The items will just begin appearing in exotic goods traders.
If you don't see the items, check that the mod is enabled, then make a quick dev mode world and try to spawn in the implants or add them manually to pawns using the hediff editor.
This mod is compatible with EPOE (all versions), Combat Extended, Archotech Implants, and basically all implant mods. This mod shouldn't be incompatible with any mods unless the mod totally changes how hediffs are implemented, which I haven't seen yet.
