Faster Settlement Restock

Look, I'm a patient man. But waiting 30 days for settlements to restock? Do you know what I can get done in 30 days? How bout 10. Or better yet, whenever I feel like it.

This mod changes the default time required for all settlements to restock their trade goods to 10 days (configurable), so now you don't have to wait forever for those sweet archite capsules or psytrainers or what have you. There's also a button in the mod settings to instantly restock all settlements.

The settlement restock time is a single global variable that shouldn't affect anything else, so I don't expect any mod conflicts.

Should be safe to remove or add whenever you'd like, restock time will return to the default value - about 3 eternities (aka 30 rimworld days).

On a side note, I cannot believe nobody else created something like this already. Disappointing.
