This addon adds some NPCs from Half-Life 2 modification named Raising The Bar: Redux(+ some custom NPCs).

Health regeneration for named characters
T-Bot has specific Charge Level. Max - 120%, min - 40%
It increases when T-Bot is standing still
It discreases when T-Bot attacks or moves
More charge level = higher movement speed and melee damage
T-Bot will start mourning when Dr. Eli Maxwell dies
Skitch becomes more aggressive depending on how low it's health(more melee damage, faster melee animation, higher movement speed)
Skitch can sneak to enemy, if enemy isn't facing it and isn't alerted
When Skitch is sneaking it's melee damage and movement speed increases
Skitch can start sitting when doesn't have any enemy and isn't moving
Skitch opens mouth on emitting sounds
Skitch has unique eating(grabs corpse and starts ripping it apart)
Skitch won't eat burning corpses or corpses of it's friends(Gordon, Alyx, Eli, Barney, Kleiner, Mossman, Vortigaunt, Vance)
Skitch will start following Alyx Vance when notices her(+ some cute animation)
Skitch will start mourning when Alyx Vance dies
Citizens, rebels, refugees, workers, etc. can become hostile to player if player attack other citizens, rebels, etc.(every NPC has it's own "level of patience")
Citizen related NPCs and unarmed characters can move more
Dr.Eli Maxwell can give armor battery to player
Dr.Isaac Kleiner can heal allies
Barney Calhoun can give ammo to player
Little interactions between NPCs(T-Bot will mourn on Alyx's or Eli's death, Skitch will mourn on Alyx's death, Skitch will play "meet" animation when meets Alyx, T-Bot can laugh after killing an enemy, T-Bot is excited when player asks him to follow, Lamarr from the first pack can follow Kleiner)
Raising The Bar: Salvation Father Grigori can throw Nailmines
Raising The Bar: Salvation Father Grigori's Golden Annabelle(a.k.a. Light Of Lights) can talk

Fully Custom Zombigaunt SNPC
Zombigaunt has 3 attack:
- Melee(beats enemy with it's claws)
- Range(shoots 2 weak corrupted beams with a random destination(also has a chance to shoot an energy ball)
- Energy Burst(bursts energy around itself damaging everyone who's standing in the way of Zombigaunt. Also has a chance to shoot an energy ball)
Both Range and Energy Burst attacks require Zombigaunt to charge it(Range attack requires 40% of charge level, Burst Energy attack requires 100% of charge level)
Zombigaunt's enery balls are faster than default vortigaunt energy balls. On hitting an enemy they take some energy(suit charge or/and health) and return to Zombigaunt to heal it)

Alyx can give player her gun(get closer to Alyx and press E+R(use key + reload key) while she's standing still)
Player can return Alyx's gun back to her(get closer to Alyx and press E+R(use key + reload key) while holding Alyx Gun and Alyx is standing still)
Father Grigori can throw RTB:R shotgun to player if player doesn't have it and there's an enemy
Dropped weapons getting replaced with ones from addon above
