I was also looking at the preview of the sequences since it is an L4D model but I'll see what I can do.
And the model you mentioned was from L4D or another game?

I only ever had one issue with one model Akali sfm didn't like I removed the other sequence and only kept the ref as it made her proportionate but compiling her still made her disproportionate so I still had to use default slider.

I look at the preview box in SFM where you add a sequence to the model. Then, I identify which sequence makes the model look normal and remove the others, so it only references that one. After that, I recompile the model. I did this for Schoolgirl Astolfo it also had a sequence name "proportion" that fixed it. However, the name can vary so its always good to look and see if proportion sequence does make them proportionate.

Hi, how do I do that? I actually checked the model's QC but it only has this;
$sequence "ragdoll"
$sequence "proportion"
The other sequences are not included there.
