Contents:

A new mode has been added to the city-state picker that allows the number to be set for each city-state type.
Alternatively, you can continue to use Classic mode and use the two new buttons to select the vanilla/mod city-state with one click.
Does not affect saved games.
Supports the new city-state type introduced by CIVITAS City States.

Sorry but due to the principle of this mod, this issue cannot be fixed.
However, you can still use the classical mode and (please select most of the city-states if you want to play Barbarian Clans gamemode) it should not have this issue.

This mod breaks Barbarian Clans gamemode, it prevents barbarians from becoming city-states, already tested this with only this mod enabled, and it was working without it, so I know it's this one. Please fix soon.
