Ogre bounties 2x

Description
This mod change reward for ogre bounties. Now it is 2x CA as counted for distance. (It is approximately 10x 5.3) More distance more reward. Also you get ancillary every time and it is from source faction. If it doesn't fit, sell it or fuse it.
This mod is made with minimum effort (1 day for research of dead ends) and focus on minimum need for maintenance.
It is ok to add it or remove it anytime, but it affects only future bounties.
It only affect bounty script, so it is not compatible with anything that change it.

CA added abort button, hurej :)

Updated for 5.3.1 Gold reward using CA calculation for distance from closest player city to target. Gold reward is double to CA current, and minimum is 6k.

So I suppose this wouldnt work alongside Murranji's mod then?
