Flow facet Morphling is the most insanely complex and stupidly fun hero in the entire game.

Flow uses Morphling's Agility:Strength ratio regardless of whether he is Morphed or not, maximum of 60% Flow at 1.75:1 and minimum of 0% at 1:2

Adaptive Strike uses Morphling's Agility:Strength ratio AFTER considering Morphed stats, when the projectile lands. This means if you fire a Strength Strike on Max Agi, then Morph into an Axe, you will get a Max Duration Stun while maintaining maximum Flow.
