This is my attempt of Fixing this map this map was one of the first modded maps ive played Figured id come back to it and fix it up to a point to where its playable i have technically done that already. i have released a few updates that fixed issues that i could find with the map.
as for the NPCs i could Not Restore them Due to the Original NPC Pack was not Functional and since i don't really Know the NPCs of the map and they're a Headache to Make i am not gonna bother Restoring them.

its been years since i last touched this map so i am not sure what is broken entirely i know that the textures broke which i already fixed pretty much. just comment Major bugs like Floating buildings and props and ways out of the map other stuff like that obviously minor Clipping will be disregarded.

Q&A Can i use this for my Server? Yes. Can i use this Version for Edits For adding my own content and fixes? Just as long as you Credit me Since i did add Fixes to this Version. Can i monetize my server While Running this map? i do not care that's Between you and your community so yes. Will you Be Fixing Other Popular Maps? No this was a one off thing so i would not Expect More Fixes from me.
DISCLAIMER! my Version of Overgrown 3+ isn't the Only Patch out there Make sure when you play Servers with that map make sure its the Right Version. because even if the maps might be identical it does not mean they are Due to it Having a Different Map ID. So Before you come on here and Comment this and That about it not Working Just Make sure you are Using the Right Map For the Right Server. if you wish to run this map for your Server the Workshop ID is in the URL and you can find the Map Name if you Browse the Map Files inside of the Unturned Editor. i believe you need the Name and Workshop ID to put it on a Server. there is also the Fact that if you Download multiple Copies of the map it can Cause a file Conflict which will block you from Joining a Server. the map has only Vanilla Assets so it would only be the Map the fix for that is as Simple as unsubscribing and resubscribing the Mods. this should answer questions about Common issues I hope that this Helps. i put this Segment here to address the Comments related to this.

either your running an older Version or the server is also there is the fact that my patch isn't the Only Version of Overgrown 3+ out there.

i do not remember the exact name of the map you should be able to locate it if you go into the map file you can find the Name in the File address i believe its been a while since i hosted a Server so i hope that helps any.
