U.S.C.M. Alt Progression Mod WolFen Gunship Addon

So recently I had an idea of making some sort of flying vehicle for my U.S.C.M. mod, thing is I am not too well versed in lua to pull something off like that. Then I realized that other mods tend to have the WolFen gunship in their own respective mod's style. So I took it upon myself to make an addon of my own just to fill the gunship sized hole in the U.S.C.M.'s Ranks

It is craftable at the U.S.C.M. Forge

This mod Features the following Weaponry on the new U.S.C.M. Gunship:

Main Turret:
1st Mode: Minigun
2nd Mode: HMG
3rd Mode: HMG Burst Fire

Rocket Pods:
1st Mode: Light Shrapnel Rockets
2nd Mode: Heavy Shrapnel Rockets
3rd Mode: Rocket Barrage

Railguns:
1st Mode: High Impact Shot
2nd Mode: Rapid Fire

Bomb Hatches:
1st Mode: Incendiary Grenades
2nd Mode: Fragmentation Grenades
3rd Mode: Poision Grenades

Do let me know of any issues and if any of the abilities are too strong or too weak and I will change them accordingly
