(No issues were found during local testing. If it doesn't work, you can copy it locally. After clicking on all installable mods on the left side of the launcher, click on "Upload MOD" in the upper right corner. Then, click "Create MOD" and adjust the name, version, and directory as needed. Import the contents of this mod to start using it.)
Place the 'gfx' folder from this mod and another icon file (optional) into the mod folder you created locally. Open descriptor.mod with any text editor, start a new line in the file, and add the following three lines:

This mod was initially established based on the balance of power mechanism in the Chinese establishment line, with the original intention being to "moefy" only the White Cat and Black Cat. After the release of the first version of TMR, due to its poor current level of completion, the decision was made to independently create this mod as quickly as possible, tentatively named "TFR Moe Moe" (TFRMM).

The first version of the "moefication" will be considered complete once the primary countries' characters are fully "moefied," including logically consistent portraits, corresponding events, decisions, etc.

The second version of "moefication" will include a music pack.

The third version will feature logically consistent "moefication" of national policies.

Stop asking why anime mods are always made by East Asians!

Version 1020:

Currently, all loading screens have been modified based on the meaning or perspective represented by each original image.
The mod's unique logo.
Modified scenario images.
Some super events for the Russian victory route in the European War.
(The parts filled in by K-ON in the Russia super event will be scrapped later.)
Modified portraits of the leaders for the four routes in China.
UI redesign for the naval combat results report.
Modified images for the People's Representative Assembly of the Chinese establishment faction.
Revised images of the two cats in the Chinese establishment faction.
Modified error dog icon.
Version 1021:

Completed the "moefication" of the super event for the Taiwan Strait War.
Added some "moefied" content related to China.
Version 1022:

Completed about half of the Chinese-related event content. Expected to finish all Chinese-related content this week.
(Currently focusing on image modification for various events related to China and its surrounding areas. Starting tomorrow, the approach will change to modifying images in the order they appear in the game as much as possible.)
Notes:

This mod cannot be enabled together with TMR.

Currently, "moefied" portraits include four leaders from the initial route prompts, characters during the military administration period following the failure of the Taiwan Strait War (temporary placeholders), and Tsai Ing-wen in Taiwan (temporary placeholder).

The moefied portraits outside of mainland China and Taiwan will temporarily use content from TMR.
