Duelist is a champion forged through her own trial. The Academie expected discipline, but she sought to exceed it, exacting precision at every corner. She is also an exemplary instructor. With strict tutelage, her companions will face the toils of the battlefield in an orderly fashion.

• Duelist's canon name is Sahar.
  
• Duelist is not religious.
  
• She gains +10 Dodge for 1 turn upon CRIT.
  
• Her default stance is Aggressive Stance, and this resets upon combat end.
  
• Her district is Training Ring.
  
• You can only deploy 1 Duelist per party.
  
• You can gain Crimson Court trinkets by winning a combat with her in the expedition or interacting with curios while selecting her in Courtyard.
  
• Debuff Based Daze is the version of daze which works on debuff resist and chance, instead of stun resist and chance (the latter of the two is used for DD2 or Butcher's Circus). It was devised to mimic DD2 daze. Enemies who are dazed will act last, and you cannot daze already stunned/dazed enemies.

• New Game+ Compatibility Mod: Recommended for those who use Duelist with alternative NG+ HP buff number.
  
• Turning the mod off while one or more enemies are dazed may lead to crash.

This mod is part of a larger overhaul known as Project Iron Crown (abbreviated as PIC). This is an overhaul mod currently in development which aims to backport many of the mechanics from Darkest Dungeon 2 into Darkest Dungeon 1.
