Bison and Cocoa Implementation

Description
Better implementation of Bison and Cocoa into the game. Adds 2 new buildings and Pantheon beliefs to better integrate the Bison and Cocoa resources into the game.

Buildings:
Hunting Lodge: Adds +1 Food to Bison, Deer and +1 Gold to Furs. Requires an improved source of one of these resources. (With JFDs CiD: +1 health)

Chocolatier: Adds +1 Gold and +2 Happiness to the city and +1 Gold to Cocoa. (With JFDs CiD: +1 health)

Pantheons:
Sacred Game: Adds +2 Faith to Deer and Bison (with JFDs CiD: +1 Faith and +1 Health)
Sweetness of the Gods: Adds +2 Faith to Cocoa, Sugar (With JFDs CiD: +1 Faith and +1 Health)

@manekk - that's a good question, I'm not sure how the .dll handles added beliefs. I really can't say whether I've noticed the AI using them, and I always have this on when using mods.

Hi and thanks for making his mod. Essential in my games.

One question - will AI know how to use the new beliefs?
I couldn't locate the file responsible for AI choices of beliefs, and there are no flavours in the Civ5Beliefs.xml file.
Could it be coded in the dll file?
For some reason whoward69 made a reference to modified .dll in his Religion - Bonus Beliefs mod, and I'm wondering what was the reason of doing it, since yield modifications from beliefs work without the dll reference anyway.

@calcul8or: Well, there are usually a lot of cows on the map. so replacing cow with bison will give a lot of bison.

@JEELEN - blame that on the game update; the mod does not have any impact on the distribution of Bison on the map

This mod seems to add a LOT of bison (it replaces cows?), even in tropical zones... The bison was pretty much North American AFAIK. They were certainly not ubiquitous.
