B-27 Fortified Commando Armor

Set of armor made of 9 separate pieces:

B-27 Chest Armor - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Helmet - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Shoulder Armor - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Forearm Armor - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Hand Armor - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Upper Leg Armor, - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Lower Leg Armor - 100% Bullet/Bite/Scratch Resistance,
B-27 Undersuit - Skintight piece of clothing providing average insulation and protection to most of the body,
B-27 Belt Pockets - Pockets (2 Capacity) that can be worn with Fanny Packs and most of Modded Containers/Bags of this type.

Spawns ONLY on Custom zombie, which chance of spawning can be changed in sandbox settings.
If you're familiar with "They Knew" mod, its exacly the same system.

-It can be used in ongoing saves, thought you might need to visit new locations or wait for zombies to respawn.
-Should not cause any issues with other mods. However if that happens, do let me know.
-Per request, it can be repaired with vanila tailoring system (requires Leather),
-Helmet has included "GasMask" Tag, which should make it work as Gasmask, if other mods requires it to have it.
