That's not what the error means. It complains because the author set the wrong packageID for Harmony in the About.xml - as was brought up further down in the comments. But that's just silly by itself - because not only did they fuck up the packageID, the dependency on Harmony is also not even true. This is a pure xml-mod using vanilla functionality - they just copy-pasted some other About.xml and changed stuff around, leaving in the dependency and also unnecessary loadAfter rules for DLCs.

So if the error annoys you, just fix it or remove the dependency to Harmony completely from the About.xml - or, what would be my recommendation - not use the mod at all. Since it's really not done well and obviously a sort-of beginner-project. There are quite a lot other 'spacer-tier' shield mods available - and they even are 'real' shields, using VE's shield mechanic on top of it.

This mod throws an error saying i dont have Harmony installed when I very much do.

Really cool. Wish it was compatible with CE. I will probably rip the textures and use this as a replacer for the riot shield and assault shield found in CE. This one just looks so much better. If I do could I upload it?

instead of having Harmony as a dependency on the files paste this <li>brrainz.harmony</li>
