Fire Attacks: Seraph Patch

Description

This patch makes it so the Seraph uses the Fire Attacks mechanic. Some Scaling has been changed/removed to increase teambuilding balance.

Place this mod above Runaway and Seraph. Make sure Runaway or the fire attack core is above Seraph.

This patch does the following things...

- Wrath is now a fire attack
- Inferno is now a fire attack
- Brand is now a fire attack and buffs fire attacks
