Leader trait: Farms provide +1 Food, and +1 Culture for each adjacent Farm.

Civilization trait: +6% Faith from each Citizen in the City, Builders can be purchased with Faith.

Unique district: Unlocked by Tech_Astrology, replaces the Holy Site. Gets standard adjacency bonuses from Farms, and provides a bonus equal to the adjacency bonus in Food.

Unique building: Special building of the Fertile Land. +2 Amenities and +2 Faith. Replace Shrine. This city can build farms on deserts or tundra.

Unique unit: replacing the Spearman. It is an anti-cavalry unit with a ranged attack ability, with a range of 2 and extremely high attack power.
