UTAV (Urban Tornado Assault Vehicle) Tornado Intercepter

Description
This is the UTAV (Urban Tornado Assault Vehicle) It is another IRL Tornado Intercept Vehicle meant to go inside Tornadoes. (NOTE THIS IS CURRENTLY A BETA AND ISSUES WILL BE FIXED WITH IT SOON) This vehicle is equipped with 4 spikes, 2 Hydraulic side flaps to prevent winds from going under the vehicle and lofted it, A winch, Temp probe, Anemometer, Rain sensor, Lights, Hazards, Gear inside, Doors, and more! -NOTE THIS VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY ELECTRICAL SO PLEASE TURN ON INFINITE ELECTRIC!- Some stuff are unstable like the spikes, and flaps but they will keep you down during a tornado and will soon be fixed. The Undeployed threshold on this Vehicle is 115 MPH and Deployed is 280 MPH. Please enjoy your new Tornado Intercepting vehicle!

Haha. Thats what I'm mainly aiming for. When I first started, I realized that no one made anything like the unpopular interceptors so I decided to be different and build the unpopular ones.
