Wastepack Management

Description
Are you tired of lacking methods outside silly trees and endgame mechanitor nonsense?

Well i was too, i never really understood why we cant at least make more efficient storage methods for the wastepacks
this mod aims to change that.

Items

Wastebarrel: made at a bio-fuel refinery from 5 toxic waste packs, increasing storage efficiency by 5x and lose item HP much slower they do still require refrigeration, and weigh the same as their ingredients.

Mechanoids

BIN-I
Biohazard Immolation Nanofabricator Industrial-grade

Bandwidth-2
Armor S/B- 45/70
Movespeed- 2.5
Role- improvised melee/cleaning, produces composite bricks for every 20 filth cleaned

suggestions both for balance and ideas are welcome

Compatibility
- vanilla recycling expanded: adds compact versions of several items. as well as recipes involving those variants that increase production speed in exchange for an additional step in the recycling process.
- there is a french language patch on the workshop for french

CREDITS

if you would like to contact me for anything important such as commissions or wanting to help add more to a mod, i can be found on the main rimworld discord and mod market discord

https://ko-fi.com/jerrythecultist modding is at times a pricey hobby, and as such my speed is highly limited by what spare funds i have, so if you like what i do? and want to help a man pay for more textures? any donation would be highly appreciated

if cleaning is too hardcoded to change, could make it try to find and "consume" wastepacks to compress them. that would also add the option of posibly being able to have it compress the other recycling packs with a toggle in a config?

@adamok5002 i do plenty of comms, tho not usually for "change the mechanic of your mod"

im not sure honestly, it would be an optional patch for sure, and depends how hardcoded cleaning is in rimworld (which is a 50/50 gamble)

i can look into it

i see. how much would you estimate it would cost to commision (if thats the right word) such a feature to be added? (if you're open to that at all. fair enough if not)

@♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pollution cleanup is classified as a cleaning job
not much to be done about that sadly, rimworld job priorities are annoying like that
JerryTheCultist  [author] Nov 30 @ 7:37pm
@adamok5002 it does not, and it would take more annoying code then im currently able to fund or make myself

when the BIN-I cleans up polution, does it store it till it can output the barreled version? if not might be a feature that is both fitting and useful
i made a BINI and posted it in an area with my toxic waste but all it does is clean the floors, am i missing something?

@Nowhere i do not control how rimworld spawns stuff with materials

and im not spending the large amount of effort to make a mod option, for something people can do a very simple XML edit for (or use a mod like cherrypicker)

Getting a lot of ruined structures spawning made of composite bricks. An option to disable using them in worldgen would be awesome given that they are made by an advanced mechanoid and those buildings are usually made of stone bricks.
