From what I can tell, it seems the plan is to make a mechanoid anime girl version of Shub-Niggurath, with the spawned minions being those 4 goat legged flesh beasts from the mythos.

It's an extremely overpowered war queen that uses bioferrite to produce black swarmlings that inflict anti-healing debuffs on melee hits
