📝 About
Adds a new craftable weapon named the "Shard Dagger" — part shard, part bioferrite but all dagger. It can be obtained via crafting, quest rewards and even very rarely looted from dead Horaxian High Thralls.

AP%: 41%
Psychic Sensitivity Offset: +20%

A dagger with a jagged blade, secured in place by a bioferrite handle. The blade itself is a fragment of dark archotechnology. The blade is said to amplify the wielder's connection to the Void.

While rarely used in combat, it is revered by Cultists for its connection to the Void, and entrusted to only the most devoted followers of Horax.

  • A Crafting Spot or Bioferrite Shaper
  • 1 Shard & 35 Bioferrite

My thought process behind the Shard Dagger was to make a thrumbo horn-like weapon, but with quality. This allows it to remain viable long term without overshadowing monoswords, and high quality plasteel weaponry. That and I just wanted a cool knife :)

Requires the Anomaly Expansion.

Q: CE?
A: No idea, I don't use it.

Q: Why don't traders sell it?
A: The Shard and Bioferrite have low silver values. The weapon is strong, and is undervalued due to its recipe. Increasing its value artificially causes issues, and prevents High Thralls from using them. Their equipment budget is so low that they already very rarely use it as is.

Safe to be installed/removed mid-save (Just delete any Shard Daggers and dagger bills before removing it)

It would be interesting if it had a special property when a pawn dies from the dagger, they get turned into a friendly shambler that helps you.

New update:
- Changed the handle attack to be a cut dmg type instead of a poke (blunt)
- DPS is the same
- Psychic Sensitivity Offset is now +20% (This values is affected by the weapon's quality.)
