Smart Flood Light

Description
Have you ever thought that flood lights should only turn on during the night instead of working all day long? Well, I have, so here's a mod that makes flood lights turn off in the morning (6 AM, to be precise) and turn back on in the evening (around 7 PM). Supports outdoor lamp from Vanilla Furniture Expanded.
