Justice for melee specialist

Description
Delete and replace the skill of the melee specialist, "Berserk Trance" to a new "Warrior Command" which is more similar to that of the shooting specialist
This ability is an aura that gives all nearby allies:
+4 Melee Hit Chance
-20% Melee Coldown Factor

you should remove the patch operation that deletes the Berserk Trance ability def; it's not good practice to straight up delete vanilla content that other mods may rely on, could break them. just leave the Berserk Trance ability there while still changing the melee specialist role. hope you take my advice :>

It's for vanilla ideology, but autor need to put ideology to dependancy
