Shimmer Gun

Description
Adds a shimmer gun, you get it by shimmering the slime gun. Works for NPCs and items.

It does not appear to shimmer the NPCs.

If you want to fight against "Bob and Doge", just flag the comments you imbeciles. Fighting spam with *spam* is redundant.
