Comp Skirmish Layers [Vanilla]

Created for the Competition Squad community by Tadeasek.

This mod contains Squad Vanilla Skirmish layers without shadows and fog for use in Comp matches.

All layers are set to a match length of 62 minutes of which are a 2 minutes staging phase. At the same time, the Domination ticket bleed is the same -1 ticket for a lost flag and the middle flag already causes a ticket bleed.

Balanced faction setups for Layers:
Don't you want to play a faction preset on a given layer? You can simply select the faction you want via this command:
AdminChangeLayer <CSL Layer Name> <Faction1>+<Unit> <Faction2>+<Unit>
for example AdminChangeLayer CSL_MutahaSkirmishv2 USA+CombinedArms TLF+CombinedArms

You can choose the following factions USA, RGF, BAF, CAF, PLA, USMC, VDV, ADF, IMF, TLF and WPMC.

You can choose from these units:
  • CombinedArms (vanilla balanced units - no emplacements)
  • Support (vanilla balanced units with 1 mortar per FOB)
  • Mechanized (vanilla balanced units with 1 IFV - no emplacements)
  • Armored (vanilla balanced units with 1 IFV and 1 mortar per FOB)


Caster overlay:
Caster overlay is found only on layers with SMT. You must have the SiModTournament mod installed to use this overlay.

How to use Caster overlay?
Make sure your keyboard is set to English variant!
  • You can select a player in Scoreboard (TAB) with single click and double click will teleport you to him.
  • ALT - enables the mouse
  • Hold RMB - rotate the camera
  • Double click on minimap - teleport to that location
  • T - teleport to location
  • F - toggle spectating
  • X - reset spectate camera location
  • SHIFT+1 - Shows/Hide upper UI overlay
  • SHIFT+2 - Shows/ Hide cap flags
  • SHIFT+3 - Show/Hide team names
  • F5 - toggle Admin Menu (bottom menu)
  • F6 - Admin menu for basic admin stuff (don't use it, it bugs the mouse)
  • F - toggle spectating mod

Remember that first-person Spectate and Vision Trace is not 100% accurate.

Beware, layers that use this caster overlay have shadows set to ENABLED by default. To avoid having to turn this off every time, you need to go into the SiModTournament config file and turn off "TournamentShadows" = false.

There was a bug in Blueprint. Capping speed (skirmish one) will be fixed in the next update and staging phase will be extended to 2 minutes. Thanks for the feedback. :warmage:

I don't know why you change this mod, the staging phase is too short and the time to cap too long
