Ammo Scrapping (CE) (Continued)

Description
Since this mod was abandoned by its original owner (credits at the bottom!), I've decided to take up the mantle of updating it. I did some testing and it seems to work as expected, so there shouldn't be any issues.


Adds a new item: ammo scrap, which can be crafted out of unwanted ammo at a loading bench.

It can then be smelted back into steel (at the cost of some of its total mass) or used in a few crafting recipes which use 100% of the material.

Ammo scrap IEDs are equivalent in power to a frag grenade. There is a trap IED as well as a non-trap version if you have the Remote Detonator mod loaded.

"Scrapshot" shotgun ammunition is similar to buckshot, but is cheaper and faster to produce at the cost of lower speed and damage.

Ammo scrap produced is proportional to the mass of the ammo used, and can be crafted from any ammo from the categories: Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Advanced, and High Caliber. There are two recipes: 1kg and 10kg. High Caliber ammunition is only included in the 10kg recipe to prevent wasting materials. All ingredients are disabled by default in the Bills menu.

Future plans:
- The main gap I want to fill in at this point is to allow neolithic ammunition (arrows, etc) to be destroyed (and possibly recycled if I can think of a good way of doing this). Destroying neolithic projectiles is here! They still cannot be recycled yet.

@TracerFoxTEK thanks for the reference, though i'll just say that CE already comes with this functionality for arrows and other neolithic projectiles out-of-the-box. i do like the idea of broken arrows though. i might make some percent of the arrows break after hitting something, while others would remain intact.

minimum viable product though is to just have a simple bill at the smelter or something to just destroy unwanted arrows without returning anything, like you can do in vanilla with apparel and such. anything fancy'll come after that.

For your plans of making arrows and such drop 'scrap', go check out this mod:

Basically it leverages another framework which allows projectiles to drop/spawn items on death/destruction. You could use a similar patch to the above mod to have arrows drop say arrowheads or broken arrows. Then like your ammo scrap, use those broken arrows/arrowheads to recycle into new ammo.
