The green dress is Triss DLC
The black outfit/dress is Yen

to pick which one you want on main menu turn Ciri DLC on for triss outfit and DLC off for yens

綠色裙子是給 Triss 的 DLC，
黑色服裝/裙子是給 Yennefer 的。
選擇你想要的服裝，在主菜單上，
開啟 Ciri DLC 以使用 Triss 的服裝，
關閉 DLC 以使用 Yennefer 的服裝。

You should try to modify also the material of the 3d Model to assign Ciri's body texture. Better if it's done on a copy of this outfit saved in a new dlc folder
