Description
Few days or weeks (idk at this point, lol) after i made a F-1 Class 4-8-4 for my fictional railroad, The Oregon Portland & Pacific Railroad, (OP&P), my friend name Pennsy he asked me if CV&W (his railroad) can lease some of the F-1's, so i gave him permission to do so.
