Open the map with Sid Meier's Civilization V SDK and change whatever you want.
You need to know atleast a little about Civ V mods in order to upload Civ V maps to workshop. The only way to access your map is through the mods folder.
By the way, in the descriptioin, it should say at the mediterranean coasts you will find Wine,not vine, and citrus, not lemons.
I do not know much about mods. Please ask someone who knows.
@Justinianus
If you think that the locations are wrong open the map with
Sid Meier's Civilization V SDK and edit it.
