[FFS] Dollar/Pixel conversion

FFS (Feast of Fire and Smoke) addon that lets you convert pixels to dollars (25 pixels for 20 dollars/5:4 ratio) and dollars to pixels (20 dollars for 20 pixels/1:1 ratio)

Maybe this already existed in FFS but I was too lazy to find it and now it's in handcrafting and also I wanted to learn how to make patch files.
Does not feature any guns. The 2 recipes in the thumbnail and a .patch file that adds them to hand crafting are the only things in this mod
thumbnail is inaccurate because actually starbound ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dies if craft duration is 0.01
