Description
Create totems with which you can cause and stop rain, (sand)storm and wind.

Q&A

Q: Does this modification work on the server?
A: Dunno, i wrote some sync, field testing needed

Q: What the hell is with sprites?
A: Damn AI, id like to change it later

Q: Why items and not potions?
A: Idk. Maybe convert to potions later.

Which one? Storm totem must also generate blizzard in snow biome

It stops boss weather effects like the snowstorm in the cryogen fight (calamity)
