Added Advanced Fission-Powered Missiles technology to the game, which gives access to improved nuclear-powered missiles with maneuverability comparable to the Pegasus, Advanced Pulsar, and Burner Drive of human spacecraft. Requires Gas Core Fission and Fleet Logistics as prerequisites.
