Map icons and models toggle

This mod lets the user enable or disable some 2D icons and some 3D models in the Earth map.

- adds the option to disable all sea triangles except for Hong Kong and Singapore (very hard to click otherwise)
- adds the option to disable 3D models associated to facilities, and core economic/resource regions when zooming in
- adds the option to disable 3D models associated to armies
- adds the option to disable facility icons completely (launch sites, mission control centers, surface-to-space defenses), which removes frame-skip induced by zooming in on earth map

Currently, all of these options are available through Unity Mod Manager's mod menu. Any change requires a save reload to show its effects properly.

Future plans:
- add proper buttons to enable and disable features without requiring reloads
- add an option to disable earth's overlay completely, as that causes frame-skips too when zooming in from solar system view
- add an option to let the user decide which sea triangles to disable

Requires Unity Mod Manager[www.nexusmods.com].

Built and tested on Terra Invicta 0.4.36. Verified on 0.4.43.

This mod applies Prefix patches to the following methods:
- MarkerController.TurnOn3dElements
- MarkerController.TurnOff3dElements

This mod applies Postfix patches to the following methods:
- RegionController.Initialize

This mod works with all languages.
