Very minor things are skipped (for example a Class-D being named Jan Kalous and the fact that he was basically a terrorist)

Site-19

One day Site-19 just disappeared, all communications were completely cut off - a site-wide containment breach was suspected so MTF units were dispatched but they found no Site-19.

Foundation organized excavations in it's place - because you don't just loose a facility that is the size of a small city - it is what we see in 939 teaser trailer.
soil samples were taken for testing - In the soil they found a mysterious substance named S/19-13 (it is suspected that this substance is the cause of SCPs mutating.

Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") who were guarding the excavation site, managed to contain a wild instance of SCP-939, later designated as SCP-939-168. Later during testing it was found out that in it's gas there is S/19-13 substance.
Because of that substance 939-168s gas is different than that other 939s have, it causes people to forget about 939s as a whole.

Other MTF units were also dispatched to Site-19 to assist in excavation and to catch SCPs that could have escaped.

• Epsilon-11 Team Alpha 12 recovered SCP-173, they were a bit confused at first because he mutated and just looked different, he was also releasing a lot of heat.
  
• Eta-10 Team Gamma-2 recovered SCP-096 - 52 people died.
  
• Zeta-19 had a scheduled expedition (I guess they were ones to pull out SCP-914 from the remains of Facility 23 although it's not confirmed.)

After Site-19s disappearence some SCP subjects were transported to Site-02.

Site-02

Site-02 is a "A Top-Secret Research And Development and Emergency Containment Site"

Meaning that Site-02 is used for emergency containment as well as the study of altered anomalies.

SCPs 096, 173 and 939 were transported to Site-02 after the disappearance of Site-19. SCP-096 is under the supervision of Dr. Daniels and is main target of project Segmentum.

SCP-173 although mutated in Site-19, it obtained it's Breakneck Speeds ability while in Site-02s containment.

Site-02 is also a host to a different projects - Site-45 was assisting in some of them.

Project Segmentum - Project Segmentum is the Micro-HID - started in Site-02, Site-45 was contributing in it.
With the use of Micro-HID at least 4 SCP subjects were terminated (it is unknown what SCPs).

In the Operational Guide on the page of Micro-HID a "Shattered Crown" scenario is mentioned, where multiple SCP subjects escaped, all of them are marked for termination under the E.P.C. (Executive Prevention Code)- it is currently not know what Shattered Crown scenario is but it is possible that it was a massive containment breach during which multiple dangerous SCP objects managed to escape.

Disruptor - A gun discovered in Site-02, obtained from one of 2536s presents - Site-02 tried to do some reverse-engineering on it but it seems the project was moved to Site-45, after the attack on Site-45 project was moved back to Site-02.

Site-12

After the attack on Site-45 (explained in next section) - all weapon prototypes were salvaged and went throught Site-12's catalogue process.

These Experimental Weapons are to be held in Site-02 until more suitable storage can be facilitated. They will be stored in Foundations new Mobile EWL Storage Units upon arrival.
Security procedures dictate Level 3 Clearance and no fewer than one armed guard.

Site-45 & Chaos Insurgency

The Chaos Insurgency started multiple raids on Foundation Facilities - The Facilities that were lost to C.I. attacks are:

• Area-14
  
• Site-44 (Potentially) more stuff on it is in Echoes from the Veil 1
  
• Site-12 (Potentially) more stuff on it is in Echoes from the Veil 1

Attack on Site-45 happend on August 9th 2023, in HCZ Testroom we can see a picture from Site-45s camera where we can see the date and also one of Chaos Insurgency Soldiers.

Because of those attacks the O5 decided to transport projects around the globe so that they are safer (which is why projects like Disruptor were moved to 02)

Also on the desk in HCZ Testroom there is a tape player - recording seems to be from an MTF unit Theta-5 ("The Bigger Boat") responding to C.I. attack on Site-45 - below is the transcription:

Before MTF THeta-5 managed to arrive to Site-45 - Chaos Insurgency managed to blew up it's offshore platform - Site-45 was declared lost.

All informations about fall of Site-45 were also moved to Site-02.

Other Sutff

The new posts from NW seem to imply that Chaos Insurgency was once defeated by the Foundation, it is implied that it happend around 40 years ago 1984 REFERENCE?!?!?!?. So it seems that after all these years the Insurgency returned, far more powerful than they were, they are the reason why MTFs got the suits that they got, however they are still way too underequipped fight the Insurgency.

Both Site-06-3 and Area-14 had SCP-939s in the containment.

Site-45 had for example SCP-1577, SCP-127 and SCP-2501.

Site-15 used to contain SCP-079 at some point, as well as several Euclid, Keter and even Thaumiel class SCP Subjects.

No data about Site-22.




SCP-330 is in Site-02 for testing it was before in Site-11.

SCP-244-B was found during Foundation raid on Chaos Insurgencybase - it is unknown from where C.I. obtained it.


There is currently no information on how SCP-049, SCP-079 and SCP-106 got into Site-02, we have to wait for NW to cook some lore

About Site-22: There is a "complete" list of facilities [scp-wiki.wikidot.com] where Site-22 (at least one of them) is mentioned as a Subterranean containment facility and data archive. I dont think there's anything of interest there tho.
