Składniki (4-5 porcji):
Wywar:
1 litr wody
300 g białej kiełbasy
200 g wędzonego boczku
1 marchew, 1 pietruszka, kawałek selera
1 cebula (opalona nad gazem)
2 liście laurowe, 3 ziarna ziela angielskiego
Sól, pieprz
Zupa:
500 ml zakwasu na żurek
2-3 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżeczka majeranku
2 łyżki śmietany 18%
1 łyżka chrzanu (opcjonalnie)
Dodatki:
Jajka na twardo
Chleb żytni
Ugotowane ziemniaki (opcjonalnie)
Przygotowanie:
Gotowanie wywaru: W garnku zagotuj wodę z kiełbasą, boczkiem, warzywami i przyprawami. Gotuj 40 minut, wyjmij mięso.
Dodanie zakwasu: Wlej zakwas, gotuj 10-15 minut. Dopraw czosnkiem, majerankiem, chrzanem.
Zabielanie: Śmietanę wymieszaj z gorącą zupą, dodaj do garnka.
Podanie: Włóż do misek kiełbasę, jajko, ziemniaki, zalej żurkiem. Podawaj z chlebem.
