Refillable Blue Lighter

Description
Add a refillable blue lighter item.
It can be found in different places around the world.

A refillable lighter that has no remaining use becomes an empty lighter.
You can refill a refillable lighter or an empty lighter with gasoline.

Using my other mod "Smoker Start With Cigarettes" Allows you to start the game with cigarettes if you have the smoker trait. With a chance to start with a lighter, the blue refillable lighter or matches to light them.

Let me know if this works in multiplayer. If this is not the case or if you encounter a problem let me know and I will try to resolve it.
Same if there are compatibility problems with other mods, even if I think that it will probably not be compatible with other mods which modify the smoking trait, or the lighter / cigarette item.

idea: would make sense to add a "lighter fluid" item for refilling lighter, and if using gasoline it has a chance to make character nauseous when smoking something. let players "clean" their lighter at water sources to empty the gasoline out if they find lighter fluid/find a lighter already loaded up with gas, could also retexture the regular lighters to look like a disposable BIC one too, then your mod would be 10/10 perfect ,a must have for everybody
