[1.5-1.6] Custom Xenotype Exporter Tool

Description
I decompiled the original mod's code, opened it in Visual Studio, and right-clicked errors until it compiled. I have little understanding of the way this code works and won't have any idea how to fix whatever bugs you may report in the comments. That said, this was functional when I tried it.

Original code by Gege. All credit to him. I will take this down whenever he asks.

I added two fixes: the original mod did not work when xenotypes had spaces in their names, and the game will skip genes that belong to other mods.

There will be a new local mod file created after exporting. You need to add that mod as well.

Doesn't even work, it doesn't matter what gene you have or not, game won't register what's being uploaded

Mod doesn't do what it suggest it does and Dev hasn't addressed anyone bringing up issues in the chat.

Anyone found out how to use this with gendered genes?

In the top left it told me "Export Complete" but at the same time the debug menu opened and said it failed to find the Def for my xenotype. Anyone know if that means anything I should worry about?

Brilliant mod. Thanks for keeping it alive.
