[1.8.6] New Ukrainian Localization

This localization is under active development, made almost from scratch, and features machine translation with proofreading. (There is still some non-localized text in the game!)

- This is a mod that translates and localizes the text in the game into Ukrainian.

- When you choose the moscovian language to play in the launcher, this information is immediately included in the company's statistics. If the majority of users play with moscovian, the company sees no point in investing resources for creating a Ukrainian localization. And maybe it is time to switch to the native language?

- Choose English language in launcher (if you don't know English, you can play game based on moscovian by choosing Portuguese)
- Go to the mods section
- Upload this localization to the list
