Nerd Notes™
Position light signals are so called because the position of the lights gives signal aspects their meaning, rather than the colour as with many systems. First conceptualized by PRR in the early 1900s, many signals of this exact design still stand in former PRR territory throughout the US Northeast and surrounding regions. These particular signals are displaying a selection of aspects to add a bit of variety.

Note that these signals are purely decorative, the aspect they display has no real impact on your trains in-game.

A big thanks to everyone who provided references and advice throughout the process, particularly to REV0 for answering my many Rwy Project questions and sharing the Rwy PSDs with me, and to prr.railfan.net for archiving a number of PRR documents, diagrams, and plans, which were instrumental in making these signals as accurate as possible.

As always, if you like the pack don't forget to rate up and share!

If you really like my assets and want to support me, you can do so on Patreon[www.patreon.com] where I take commissions from patrons and post updates on my projects. (sometimes)

To commission me directly, contact me via email at astrategynerd@gmail.com or comment on my profile to discuss other methods of communication. I am currently quite busy with university and other assets though, so depending on the type of request I may redirect you to a number of other quality creators.

Meshes by Strategy Nerd, textures by Strategy Nerd. Pack contains the pennc and pennsta fonts by Peter Willard of railsimstuff.com as PO fonts for numbering of signals.

Keywords for workshop search: United States, American signals, Rail signals, Railway signals, Railway, Railway 2, Rwy, RWY2.
