Reviving Vampire Coast's Dummy Data Technologies

Description
24/05/24
-ver.1.1
There was a serious... bug? flaw? to effects of the 'Obsidian Polearms'.
Unlike the description, the bonus.vs.L effect worked to ALL UNITS not just polearm dudes and crabs.
It seems a technological issue that 2 different type of conditions cannot work at the same time, the 'vs. specific races' and 'bonus for specific unit sets'.
And again, unlike the description, AP damage effect and vs.L bonus effect worked for Norsca too.
I guess this was the reason they let these techs remain a dummy data...
So, I had to adjust the effects and texts.

Now 'Obsidian Polearms' tech gives
+5 AP weapon damage against Chaos gangs(including Norsca)
+2 bonus.vs.L against Chaos gangs(including Norsca) for ALL UNITS
+3 bonus.vs.L for Vampire Coast's polearm infantries

-ver.1.1.1
'Hunter's Tomes' tech is adjusted just like 'Obsidian Polearms'

Now 'Hunter's Tomes' tech gives
+50% leadership aura size against Beastmen
+5% missile strength for all range units against Beastmen
+5% zombie gunners, bat-gunners, Crab gunners.

24/06/02
-ver.1.1.2
The descriptions and effects of 'Obsidian Polearms' and 'Hunter's Tomes' are changed.
I noticed unpredicted problem even after 2 times of adjustment, but I have to touch it again.
The effect's description is too long to read now, but it was the best way to describe how the effect works...

This mod adds 8 new technologies for Vampire Coast, which is actually vanilla data but had been hidden for 5 year 6 months since the launch of the Curse of the Vampire Coast DLC.

I found it just a minutes ago, while looking through game's DB file.

Like the preceding, these data were there all the time since Nov 2018. What I did is just making them visible and researchable in game.

There were it's data keys, effects, effect keys, icon images, and even the localized tech's names and descriptions(as you can see on the screenshots) for all the languages the game supporting, such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Russian, Korean, etc..

It has been there since 2018, and CA just abandoned it.

sadly not compatible with vampire cost tech tree

Unfortunately it isn't compatible with Decky's Vampire Coast tech tree mod due to UI element overlaps so I can't use it. Cool in theory though.

Nope, I couldn't change how it works. I'm not skilful modder. it's just out of my reach.
But I choose the side road. I reduced the value, changed the effect's text, adds extra effect to keep it works similar way, as you may see on descriptoin.
I'm gonna do the same thing for Hunter's Tomes today.
