The Axolotl is one of the most fascinating creatures on earth. Reason enough to dedicate a building to it. Here, these wondrous creatures can be bred, studied and, if desired, marveled at by visitors.

This modern building provides enough room and exhibits for all Color Variants (natural excluded) of the Axolotl (pink, yellow, spotted and black) and is a great addition to the Amphibian House 'Amphibia' where you can house the natural Color Variant.

Placing Guide:
First change the Widget Speed Control to 0.4. Then select the Blueprint and navigate to the destination. Press the X-key and move your camera to the red sign (you can find the sign next to the entrance). Now sink the Blueprint into the ground until only the text and the Stone Tiles are visible and click to place the Blueprint.
You can now delete the barrier.
If you are unable to place the Blueprint, you may need to change your settings. In your settings go to 'game' and check the box next to 'disable animal navigation terrain constraints'. You can change this settig again after placing the Blueprint.

Pathing Guide:
Use the separate building Group Grids near the entrance for your pathing and take a look at the signs for further instructions. The Exhibits were placed a bit above the ground. Even though the path won’t connect directly to the Exhibits, they’re still usable for both guests and staff.
After placing the path you can delete the Assistant building group.

Additional Information:

• You can save the custom billboards from the screenshots above (last 4 pictures). Just right click on one of them and copy the link into the searchbar of your browser. Then go to the screenshots again and save the files into your Frontier Developments/Planet Zoo/UserMedia folder.
  The Names of the pictures are (in order):
  
  • Wide - Axolotl_pink.png

  • Wide - Axolotl_black.png
• All of the walls and most building pieces used are recolorable.
  
• There is additional space in the building to place more exhibits for (possibly) in the future added Color Variants of the Axolotl.
  
• Blueprint includes more than one Building Group for easier customization.

Update:
05.07.2024
- Added a custom Billboard of the black Color Variant of the Axolotl (why didn't anyone tell me, there was a black Variant o.O?!).

This Blueprint was built and tested in Franchise Mode and should work in every Game Mode.
