Larger Sengoku Hero Units

All the Sengoku hero units have got their size adjusted to correspond with their regular counterpart. For example a bow hero is now going to lead as many men as the officer of a standard bow samurai unit.

I've also doubled the recruitment price and upkeep for each hero unit.
Hero units are going to be overpowered and a flat times two price increase is probably even too low, but I couldn't be bothered to make up a new balance.
I have no clue about how the AI picks out army compositions. If it turns out to avoid hero units entirely, cause of the increased costs, feel free to tell me and I'll adjust those values.

Any mod that edits the "units" and "unit_stats_land" tables - meaning any other mod that adds new units/ edits existing ones - will most likely overwrite my changes, so don't bother reporting that as some kind of bug. :p

In case you find a bug or have a suggestion, feel free to post below. Also it could be that the changes don't carry over to already existing units in your campaigns. In that case, just disband the units in question and recruit them again.
